The Tomato way is different because it was about people. Its core values come from me – Andy d’Amato – (founder of Tomato Finance).
I have built the business on an uncompromising service offer. The four pillars of my business are Mortgage, Insurance, Pensions* and investments* advice. Independence and value are a given.
What I believe in:
- First and foremost, I am not a salesman. I help people with the one thing they and I once hated more than anything else.
- I help people with their finance.
- It is not about me and my business, it is about the people I help.
- It is about one of the oldest things in the world; reciprocity. I want to offer a service to others, that I would hope they would offer to me.
What inspires me:
- Very few people enjoy finance. It can be daunting, confusing and stressful.
- People want someone to take this stress away.
- They want someone who is flexible around them.
- They want someone who will give them independent advice. Someone without an agenda.
- They want to trust people. To believe they have their interests at heart.
Ultimately I feel that no one enjoys looking after their ‘Personal Finance’.
This is why I have built my business around the thought of……HUMANISING FINANCE.
It is about making finance personal, because that is exactly what it is.
